Reiki Healing

Reiki is the name given to the abundant energy in the universe and the systems known as Reiki were developed to channel and utilise this energy for healing and spiritual development.

A Reiki healing treatment is non-invasive and relaxing and can work on all levels of your being - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki energy is channelled through the practitioner and it flows to wherever it is needed, dissolving blockages and helping to return you to a state of greater well-being.

For deeper or more prolonged issues, a course of treatments may be recommended and this is something that Mark is more than happy to discuss with you.

Mark is available to work by appointment at his therapy space in Westcliff-on-Sea as well as in the comfort of your own home.
